At out company in Calenzano, the production process begins with an analysis of the technical documents provided by the customer for tailor-made upholstery concerning cushions, curtains, panels.

The product data is processed through a CAD system, which subsequently controls the pantograph when cutting the sponge and the automatic cutting table for cutting the fabric.

The cut fabric is put together by expert seamstresses using small parts and accessories.

As far as cushion covers are concerned, following the above processes, they are then stuffed with sponge using stuffing machines, applying buttons or other accessories as required.
